Sudden change in training curve?

I am training the resnet 50 model and when i stop the training the curve goes to 99% but while training its reached to 72%. I don't know whats the reason behind it. Please check the attached image

yes，sir，may be add dropoutLayer or batchNormalizationLayer to model，and train more epochs
