MATLAB trial licenses are normally validated by servers at MATLAB, and do not normally use an activation key.

If you have special circumstances where you need an activation key for a trial license (such as if the machine cannot be connected to the Internet) then you would need to work with Mathworks Support to arrange the proper files.
