num1=[1;2;3] %points id
num2=[4298567.322;4275666.985;4635714.325] %coordinates
num3=[525647.555;522312.965;511325.542] %coordinates
num=[num1 num2 num3] %points id, coordinates
num=num2cell(num)
set(handles.uitable1, 'Data', num)
%coordinates looks exponential in uitable's row. How can I close this looking and increase the width of each row?

Set the ColumnFormat property to 'f' (fixed); see http://www.mathworks.com/help/matlab/ref/uitableproperties.html#brglhyc
You can also set the ColumnWidth property.
