GW Instek Instruments and MATLAB

GW Instek manufactures instruments such as oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, signal generators, electronic loads, digital multimeters, and power supplies. You can use MATLAB together with Instrument Control Toolbox as your single software environment to configure, control, acquire, and analyze data from GW Instek instruments.

Once data is in MATLAB, you can analyze and visualize that data for tasks such as signal processing, statistical analysis, digital filtering, and curve fitting. You can also create graphical interfaces for collecting and analyzing your data and automating tests.

SCPI Control of GW Instek Instruments

You can communicate directly with GW Instek instruments using SCPI commands over the communication protocols listed below if they are supported by the instrument. See the GW Instek website for SCPI programming information and user manuals.
