I work as a research scientist at an academic medical center. My current projects include imaging and computational modeling of the heart (myocardium, valves, electrophysiology). My background and interests include medical signal & image processing and computational biomechanics. My formal education is in mechanical engineering (BS) and biomedical engineering (MS, PhD).
