Consider a tank in a water treatment plant with a capacity of 3200 cubic meters.
The flow into the tank is given by the following function of time.

Flow In = I cos(t/480)^2/(3)

where t is given in seconds, and flow is given in cubic meters per second.
The flow out of the tank is given by the following function of time.

Flow Out = 1/(19+(t/1200)

where t is given in seconds, and flow is given in cubic meters per second.
The tank starts empty at time t = 0. How long does it take for the tank to fill up?
Time to fill: _______________ [seconds].
