As of an hour ago my Visualisation stopped working, suddenly returning an empty matrix for 'old' (2019) data retrieved. It has been working fine all day and historically. New data being uploaded today is being retrieved fine. My code hasn't changed.
Downloading and checking, all data prior to 29-Nov-2023 has gone.
Has something changed server side?

All the historic data from 2023 should be now restored, the prior years are currently in progress. Thank you all for your patience, we'll be taking steps to ensure this doesn't happen in the future.

I just checked my data by exporting, and my earliest 2023 data is still "2023-11-29T08:07:58+00:00".
Now I may have exacerbated things by (accidentially) having re-imported my data. I'd be more than happy if you can restore ALL my 2023 (and prior) data as was before the incident. I have grabbed an export of all new data since the incident and can combine later.

Thanks for the update and link to status, but I'd like to know why/how this happened and steps you are taking to ensure it doesn't happen again. Many of us here depend on Thingspeak for reliable historical data storage and retrieval and are now unable to explain why we can't retrieve the data. Thanks.

According to this site, they are fixing the error https://isdown.app/integrations/mathworks/incidents/254399-thingspeak-degradation

Somebody else briefly commented they also had similar. Something definitely went wrong back-end! It would be nice to hear from Matlab....

I came here to ask the same thing, all of my data before mid-October is gone, and also a lot of it seems to be corrupted somehow with entry ID's no longer associated to ascending dates and instead large blocks of data with non-sequential entry IDs.
