Hi, all friends
If I define a parameter, like solubility with dimension of milligram/milliliter and I want to refer it in an reaction equation in dimension of millimole/liter, suppose I have define its molecularweight, could I input this parameter directly in equation with specified dimension?

If you have a parameter, let's say P, in milligram/milliliter and you have defined MW parameter, let's say MW, in milligram/millimole, in order to refer to P in dimensions of millimole/liter in a reaction you have to do the calculation in that reaction as: P*1000/MW. So there is no automatic calculation going from grams to moles in that sense.
However, if you turn unit conversion on in Simulation Settings, then you don't need to worry about for example going from per milliliter to per liter. You can just use per milliliter for P even though if every other quantity is in liter in your reaction. SimBiology converts everything to a consistent unit system, performs the calculation, and then returns the results in original user-specified units. Let me know if this helps.
