Time DescendingAiming at many harsh environments such as underground high temperature, high pressure, vibration and limited space, a stator sealed turbine permanent magnet generator based on Halbach magnets is proposed. The stator static seal replaces the magnetic coupling static seal. While ensuring the pressure balance, it flows through Air-gap drilling fluid can effectively improve the heat dissipation environment and lubricate the bearing; at the same time, the unilateral magnetization characteristics of Halbach magnet and the better air-gap magnetic density sine can effectively increase the generator power density and improve the winding back EMF. Finally, multi-physics analysis and calculations including electromagnetic field, heat-fluid conjugate coupling field and structure field are carried out to obtain the distribution of flow field, temperature field and stress field in the generator. allicdata
