I often code snippets to students in the question description. I would like the students to be able to copy and paste these from the description into their solution, obviously all on the same web page. I thought this was the case before, but now Ctrl+C/V do not work and when I right click there is no copy/paste options. Is this not possible?

Incase anyone else is having the same issue. It just does not have this functionality. From MathWorks support: "I understand the issue is that the copy/paste functionality is not working between the question description and the solution box in MATLAB Grader.
Unfortunately, this is a limitation in the current release but I will inform my colleagues in the development team to consider this issue for future releases."
This sounds like it is not behaving as you should expect it to. Can I ask that you please contact Technical Support and give them more information about your operating system, and browser being used, and when you first noticed this issue began? Also, let us know the steps you are using to troubleshoot. Are you simply going to the Learner Preview, and trying to use Ctrl+C/V in that view? Then we can investigate this further.
I saw it wasn't working in Learner Preview, and has a student confirm it also does not work for them. I have opened a Techincal Support ticket.
