How can I enlarge the font size in program and help?

I can not enlarge the font size in the text of program and ducuments of help.

For the editor, in R2013, you can set the font via the Home Tab > Environment > Preferences > Fonts > Custom > Editor

For the help, this does not seem to be possible. There are no preferences that control the fonts used in the help documentation, though I wish there were.
