How to add images from datastore into matrix or table for SVM classification?

I have three folders of image which I am using for multiclass classification using SVM, I made my training and test sets using splitEachLabel function, now I want to train my model using SVM classifier. I need to form a matrix for all the images, so that I can perform classification. Need help with it, slightly confused how to proceed. At first I am not doing any feature extraction, I am directly performing classification
