singularity error in solution

  • ['finalmodel1change/Subsystem/Solver Configuration']: Error evaluating equations at time 0.0. Stopping simulation. There may be a singularity in the solution. If not, try reducing the step size (either by reducing the fixed step size or by tightening the error tolerances)
  • An implicit 6-DOF joint is attached to a degenerate mass distribution.
This error occur after add plane sphere contact before that it show no erroes.

The diagnostic indicates you have a degree of freedom with no inertia associated with it. If you can post the model we can diagnose it further.
