Tuning a pid controller. sampling times must agree?

while tuining an discreate PID controller i am getting an error: Linerization error(message),unknown(source),simulink control design(reported by),sampling times must agree(summary). Help me how to overcome this error?plz

Hard to answer without having more details. Can you attach your model. Also, what version of MATLAB are you using, please do

i want to use discreate pid controller for closed loop speed control of bldc motor. I simulated for open loop with sample time as 1e-6. in case of closed loop, when i presed the tune button i am getting an error: Linerization error(message),unknown(source),simulink control design(reported by),sampling times must agree(summary). Help me how to overcome this error?plz.

Motor modeled as mathematical or taken from simpower system tool.
