How to perform a numerical inverse laplace transform?

Hello,
I have a dataset consisting of 4096 data points that I would like to apply an inverse laplace transform to. Is this currently possible in MATLAB? I know this was previously accomplished using a Non-negative least squares analysis but I can not figure out how to perform the NNLS routine on my data in MATLAB. Any help will be acknowledged properly and is very much appreciated.
