For deep learning, the simulation target language must be set to C++? I believe that I have set it properly.

When I tried to run the model form https://www.mathworks.com/help/releases/R2021a/supportpkg/android/ref/detect-and-track-objects-using-deep-learning-on-android-device.html, a deep learning model on android device, the diagnostic viewer kept prompting that "For deep learning, the simulation target language must be set to C++.", but I do set it. What is the wrong with it?

Please set it as shown in below image:
(You also search by "SimTargetLang" on the search bar at the top of config set..)

If you still observe this error even after setting "SImulation Target" to C++, then please ensure MEX is configured for C++ language compilation. To do that please execute below command in MATLAB and follow on screen instructions:
>> mex -setup C++
