WebApp exportgraphics jpg format size and positioning

I have the to uiaxes in a uitab and I use exportgraphics to save those uiaxes to jpg files individully
When executing from Matlab directly the results are good and look like this
If I run it form the web server the output jpg look like this.
any ideas to fix it on the webapp?
