How can we do the Position Correction of Aerostat.?

As we know aerostat is a platform for the surveillance of ground object. It is a heavy volume body and undergoes wind turbulence tends to change the position should be compensated to get accurate results. hence,
1.what are the methods to compensate the error in the position ?
2.how it can be correct the position and also orientation..?
please guide me for the beginning, I struck in the work.

You should not have deleted your previous Question from a month ago: my answer at that time had questions that need answering in order for us to be able to help you.
We cannot assist you in this matter until we know what kind of control systems the device has for changing position, and until we know what kind of instruments the device has for sensing its position.

Thanks u sir for your answer, its not about control system Aerostat is the system control from the ground. and it is held by tether incorporate fiber optic in the ground for support and communication, so as the wind blows its position changes. our aim is to find out the effect of wind on the measurement of ground target position. means, when air blows its position changer by the time the payload in the aerostat targeting at some particular point and due to the wind aerostat also changes the position so we need some position correction for this change in the position. what ever may be the position of the aerostat the paylaod target should not be change. so we need position correction. help me out to come up with an information.
Mr.Walter Roberson I am waiting for your reply..
You are a bit impatient. I am doing research on Answers for some of the other people asking Questions.
Ok sir, I am sorry. if its not clear means what I said in the first comment let me know.
Well, have a nice day.
So what kind of equipment does the device have for sensing changes in position? A pure gyroscopic inertial navigation system for example? Or is it expected that the device measures changes in the image, and by knowing its altitude and the current camera magnification, is intended to calculate its position changes from the optical clues?
Its GPS receiver to know the current position of the aerostat, will give the position of the aerostat in terms of Lat Long & Hgt. we convert these in to local coordinate using Aerospace toolbox like llh2xyz. and it will be keep on changing when wind speed is more as aerostat changes the position. so we need to add the position error to the next position so that RADAR in the aerostat should have an eye on particular object on ground even though position of the aerostat changes.
this is the Q here...
What resolution should be assumed for the GPS coordinates? For example would it have full access to the high-resolution military signal, or is there a pair of ground stations with known locations that are providing trilateration?
*If* there was high-resolution GPS, it sounds to me as if it is a matter of determining an inverse rotation matrix -- how to turn the RADAR relative to where it is pointing now so that it points to a known location.
thanks for the reply for my Q's. RADAR is the payload in aerostat it is rorating under the aerostat with a particular speed and this is not related to our work my Q's here is to when the position of the aerostat changes by the time RADAR will point to othere object but the distance fron the target object for the first position is defferent form the distance of aerostat change in the next position here we have to simulate or write a matlab code for the change in the position of the aerostat. sorry i got to go time up in the college.
i need to be in touch with u sir please may i have your active email id. nagubl@gmail.com thjis is my id.
plz be in touch. I need help.
take care bye.
I am having difficulty in visualizing the situation. I will look at this again later after I've had my metaphorical coffee.
Hi Good morning.
where u didn't get the situation. I said in previous comment na sir, I need little help in doing my work help me out come out from the problem.
have a nice day
Hi sir,
are you busy ? sir I need to complete this work as soon as possible please help me. Its position correction of the aerostat due to the wind effects.
Sorry, I've been asleep and probably will go back to sleep in another few minutes.
OK sir, have nice sleep.
but let me know when you will be free so that I can talk to you here.
good night sweet dreams.
sorry, U didn't replied for my comment.
