Is it possible to power on/off a specific usb port through command window

I wonder if it is possible to power on/off a usb port from Matlab interface?

There is no supported way of doing that.

Poking around the net a bit, it appears the closest one could normally get would be powering off the entire hub, and even that isn't certain: it appears you might be limited to disabling rather than powering off.
