3D plot of equation involving variables

Original Problem:

1. Find an equation for the surface consisting of all points 𝑃P for which the distance from 𝑃P to the 𝑥x-axis is twice the distance from 𝑃P to the 𝑦𝑧yz-plane and identify the surface.

Equation I've gotten thus far is y^2+z^2=4*x^2. How would i go about plotting a 3D representation of this equation?
