left ventricle MRI image segmentation

Hello all , Can any one help me how to detect epicardium and endocardium boundaries in left ventricle MRI image. which of the following method is suitable for this segementation .

1. Snakes 2.Level set methods 3.Geodesic Active Contours 4.Active Contour without edges.
