how to write 2 summations

i have got a problem writing this summation on matlab as function where my inputs are p and m

m=4;
n=randi(5,p,m)
%for loop:
ans1=0;
for i=1:1:p
for j=1:1:m
ans1=ans1+n(i,j);
end
end
ans1
%sum function
ans2=sum(sum(n))
