How to use AutoML (Automated Machine Learning) for my training data ?

How can i use AutoML (Automated Machine Learning) for my training data of size (6x1000x10x5000) height x width x channel x number of instance?. The traing lab is of the size 5000 x 1 ( instance x 1).
