Kfold loss returns cost function of the trained classifier ?

Hi, I couldn't completely understand what kfoldloss() function return. Is it the result of cost( or loss) function of SVM estimated during the traing while using k-fold cross validation ?

The "kfoldLoss" function returns the loss averaged over all the folds.
