Hi, I have this complicated system of ODEs (see attached file), whose equations depend on time and space.

I have no idea how to represent and solve it.

Create symbolic functions y1, y2, y3 with space and time as independent variables.
Use diff function to represent ODE(s) and
Use dsolve function to solve the ODE(s).
