I can't activate my academic license in mac

Hello,

I have the Matlab academic license 2016a but I can't activate it. I have done all steps (Registration of my email, Mac-user, Mac-id, etc) but I still get the warning "Your Matlab license will expire in..."

Could someone help me please?
