User metrics for MATLAB administrators

Hi, all

I'm new to MATLAB from an IT engineer perspective. We need to package MATLAB in a way that it handles most users usual needs without lumbering around the full 15-20GB payload. Is there a way to see what our users have activated? Possibly via license manager etc? Is this visibility even available?
