Not all components appear in my GUI

I've built a GUI using App Designer. Here's the design view:

When I run it, even when I specifically select "Run: CAN_UI", I get only one of the panels:

and code is indeed being generated only for that component:

Why is this? and how do I get all the components to be included?

I discovered that the missing components are off the screen. When I run it now (first window shows design view) with some additional components,

I get the following window.

Making the output window full screen simply results in the third display. I have not been able to scroll, pan, or move this window (even though I have scroll on).

Problem solved:

The active canvas was smaller than the tab component, and only the part of the tab component area was showing when the app was run. I moved the tab component to one side in Design View, uncovered the smaller canvas, and enlarged the canvas until the entire tab component fit on it. Now everything appears when I run the app.
