Shortcuts for switching between windows on Mac OS X

Under PC environment, using Alt+Tab enables me to switch between different Matlab windows, such as Help, figures or other windows that are not docked. However, under Mac OS X, I can only see the windows being listed under the window menu, and I have to click the item there to bring it to the front. I don't know whether there is a easier way. Thanks for your inputs.

PS. I am running R2010b.
