Which App in Machine Learning and Deep Learning is best for strongly nonlinear and chaotic data?

Dear scholars,

We intend to devise a regression model to predict continuous numerical values. The data set is strongly nonlinear and chaotic.

Which one of the applications in 'Machine Learning and Deep Learning' package do you recommend to use in this regard?

We have used 'Regression Learner App' and tried 'All Models' but the problem is since the data is strongly nonlinear, the error is significant.

For Nonlinear datasets, it is recommended to use fitnlm. An example about predicting using non linear regression can be found here
