Did the Reinforcement Learning Designer get removed?

I was watching the video documentation on the Reinforcement Learning Toolbox, and the presenter was using a drag-and-drop based application in Matlab to develop a reinforcement learning system. I cannot find any documentation on this Matlab application, and Google doesn't even return any results for it. Was it removed in a previous release?

The Reinforcement Learning Designer App is a new feature in R2021a which is currently scheduled to be release soon. It looks like the video on the page was updated before the release (I guess we can all it a sneek peak?). In the video we also demonstrated the Deep Network Desiger which has shipped for several releases. The Deep Network Designer lets you graphically construct your neural network interactively such as a policy or critic network for a reinforcement learning agent.
