Automate pulse duration measurements

Hi,

I need to find the beggining and end of pulses like the image attached. With those points, I'd like to find the duration of the pulse. Does anyone know of a simple way to

do this? Also, I cannot use the builtin functions like pulsewidth, risetime, etc.
