Hi, I'm trying to pass a variable from a Java program to the MATLAB workspace.
The engine.jar located at
- C:\Program Files\MATLAB\R2020b\extern\engines\java\jar\engine.jar
The windows PATH variable includes (at the top of the list)
- C:\Program Files\MATLAB\R2020b\bin\win64
The Java project structure dependencies (set in IntelliJ) include the
- engine.jar
- win64
I still get the error when trying to run the program
C:\Program Files\MATLAB\R2020b\bin\win64\nativemvm.dll: Can't find dependent libraries
Can someone please help me? I've read through everything on the forumn about this topic and nothing works. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi
I understand that you are getting error while passing variables from JAVA to MATLAB Workspace which says C:\Program Files\MATLAB\R2020b\bin\win64\nativemvm.dll: Can't find dependent libraries.
You can visit the below MATLAB answer, which might help resolve the above error.
I hope this helps.
