Can't Scroll in Online Editor

I'm not sure what happened but suddenly I can't use the scroll wheel in the editor on MATLAB Online R2020b. Clicking on and dragging on the sidebar works and there's not lagging of any sort. I tried changing computers, browsers and it still didn't work. It's reall quite bizarre. The scroll wheel does work folder navigation menu, command window, and other menus. Is there some sort of setting? Any help is appreciated! Thanks!

Thank you for raising this to our attention. Can you let us know if you are still experiencing this issue? If so, open the following example:

openExample('matlab/SpecifyHexadecimalAndBinaryNumbersExample')

and let us know if you still experience this issue with this example?

Hi Hisham,

I am still experiencing the issue. I opened that example file and then it works, which is very strange. I go back to my file and it doesn't work again. I even tried making a blank file and adding a bunch of empty lines and it still doesn't work.

Same thing happening for me, including the example file working but normal .m code still don't.

To better understand the situation, could you each provide some additional information? In particular:

1. What OS are you using?
2. Were there any recent updates made to your OS?
3. Is this happening on your desktop as well?

Hi Hisham,

I am using Windows 10 Build 19042. I'm not sure if there have been any updates. I do not have matlab on my desktop I have only used it online. I've noticed that when I first open the online editor and i attempt to scroll it works for one motion. Shortly after it goes back to not working. I've also found that if I scroll with my mouse over the line numbers it works. Thanks
