MATLAB R2010b crashes on windows 7 64bit

I'm using Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit version & MATLAB R2010b and I'm trying fruitlessly to install the app. After the first window's opening, some Java stuff are likely to being copied from the disk to my hard drive and then NOTHING. The app shuts down and start all over again. i have tried multiple versions of MATLAB, updated to the latest Java and tried switching to older themes of windows...

I would recommend contacting Installation Support for this issue.
