registration process with zc706 and ad9361 failed

Hello everyone

We interest to make custom reference design registration for zc706+fmcomms3 . the reference design include a from Simulink block which we add (via hdl workflow advisor ) and we plan to add in the registration the option of usage of led and spi(from the ps).

the following problem more disccuessed in the following word file.

relevant files are added as well.
