How to show point weight in legend in scatter plot

hello, i am doing a lot of cross-plotting and just cant figure this out,

So I am weighting the the size of points in my scatter plot with another vector, such that higher values get a bigger point and lower values a smaller point,

How can I put a legend/key in that shows what value the smallest and largest points correspond too?
