How can I get a certain paragraph from a url?

Good day to everyone. I can get data in a certain url. But what I need is to get a certain section in this text. To explain more clearly, I would like to extract the data under the heading "Signs and symptoms" from https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dermatitis . I would be glad if you help me in this regard. "getAttribute" I tried this one. But I couldn't do that. Also I tried several things but they didn't make sense.

Here's a link from Stuart's blog post that will give you an idea what to do and how to look for information on websites. This one extracts links, but probably you can do it yourself for paragraphs.

Thank you so much! I am trying to do that for paragraphs. But when I do that with "symptom" I take 8 paragraphs. Actually, I need first 4 of them. How can I do that automatically :) Do you have any idea?

Sorry there are some mistakes in the question. Finding the first four is not difficult. But since the top four are in the symptoms section I was looking for, I want those first four. I will do this for other diseases. That's why I want to automate.
