Displaying a Fourier transform in the frequency domain

Hi all,

I'm doing a vibration experiment using a piezoelectric vibtration sensor and an arduino uno microcontroller, controlled via Simulink. Im trying to convert the output bit-value retrieved from the analog port into a Fourier transform. I want to display the Fourier transform then as a function of frequency. However, until now the Fourier transform just displays the same function of time as retrieved from the sensor (using the data analyzer). I have tried implementing an array plot and a spectrum analyzer, but without success. Coukd anyone help?
