How to convert images in .mat format to .csv format

I am using brain image database containing 3064 image database.
How to convert thsi .mat dataset to .csv or. xls form.

Steps: (Use Loop to all one by one file)
  • Load the images
  • csvwrite to save save the file

See attached demo to write out an RGB image in rows of [x, y, r, g, b]. One row for every pixel.
Adapt as needed.
