Why I can't install anything or update matlab?

Hi,

I tried to install Optimization Toolbox on my Matlab R2020b (using windows 10) but an error appears:

"Something unexpected occurred" and then he suggests to contact Technical Support beacuse this erros is not common.

Same thing when I try to update the software.

Can someone explain me why this happen and if I can solve it without the Technical Support ?

Also I would like to don't reinstall everything because my internet connection is really slow.

What's wrong with calling tech support. They can set up a session where they can see and drive your computer. We certainly cannot do that. Plus it's free, and a lot faster than waiting/hoping that someone here will have a magic guess. Call them now. I think they're open for 2 more hours.
