Is is possible to run a MATLAB .m script from MAPLE and get the output in MAPLE??

Based upon your previous similar question about MuPad, I am going to assume that you mean "including graphics". If that is correct, then the answer is NO.
For both MuPad and Maple, if graphics were not included, then you could call upon MATLAB like any external program without interaction that produces a text output. Adding interaction might be tricky.
I notice you have added the keyword "mex" to your topic. Neither MuPad nor MAPLE support calling mex routines. One or both might support calling external libraries (e.g., .DLL's).
