Is it possible to integrate simscape and powerlib in matlab 2011 version??

Hi,I am nb to matlab and simulink,I noticed that in matlab ver 2011 powerlib and simscape are not included,is it possible to include those in this 2011th version?

Are SimPowerSystems and SimScape listed in the installed list of products when you run ver at the MATLAB command prompt?

They have now been merged into a single product, unfortunately, not nearly in time for when you needed it.
