Hello,
How to obtain pseudo random sequence matrix from a Y frame of image which is already converted to YCbCr?
Thanks

As the documentation specifies, the Y matrix has values in the range [16 235]/255 for the floating-point datatype. You can do something like this
lims = [16 235]/255;
Y_new = rand(size(T))*diff(lims)+lims(1)
If your matrix is uint8, then use this
lims = [16 235]
Y_new = randi(lims, size(Y))
