which number should be used to call a rfid device using matlab?

my objective is to write a matlab code, which could check the rfid tag. few numbers are mentioned in rfid tag. which number should i use?

i use matlab. i connected rfid device to pc. when i show rfid tag to the device, it will sense it. in MATLAB, i have designed a gui, which use the push button named read rfid data. i will run the code. click on push button. i should show the tag to the device. if the input tag no. matches my code means then it should display his license(saved image).

@Jan..I connected Embedded devices like gsm,rfid to matlab and its working fine.. so, i asked. i dont think that my question is wrong. even i can able to send sms thro matlab now. i am happy to work with MATLAB.
