Some apps missing from app gallery in Simulink

According to my account on the MathWorks website, I have a licence for Simulnk Control Design, but the Model Linearizer app is missing from the Simulink app gallery. In my Apps tab there is only few apps: Model discretizer, Load-flow Analuzer, Logic Analyzer, and three more.
Also, the option to setup Input perturbation is missing from the right click menu, when selecing a connection in a Simulink model.
