Arduino Support Package in MATLAB R2016a

When installing a Support Package in MATLAB R2016a, I keep getting this message (Fatal Alert : Protocol_version). I tried that java.opts but also i am getting the same error how clear it ,please help any one to me....

Kindly visit the Bug Report page https://www.mathworks.com/support/bugreports/1741173 whose link is available on the MATLAB Support Package for Arduino Hardware file exchange page. The page describes the steps to download and install versions from 13b through 17a.
