How to use machine learning model in appdesigner?

I'm going to make viewer program for MRI image.

I make a model to automate segmentation using treebagger function.

But I don't know how to use this model in app designed by appdesigner.

How can I do that?

It's best if you start working on the code for ML first. When you have something that works, then you can easily set up the UI and replace your variable values with the ones from UI.

Hi ChanHo Lee,

As Mario Malic suggested, it would be better to have the ML part of your code working first.

The next thing you work on is writing code in the app designer and setting up callback functions which execute scripts/ functions of the ML part of your code.
