How to calculte profileing data recorded ??

Hi friends

i have doubt while generating profile report .in the graph

generated timing is in seconds

Like plot of recorded profillinf dataover 0.033103 seconds

Here how matlab calculated 0.033103..is there any forumla..

if anyone have good info please send me the link
