View software license agreement for a toolbox

Hello!

I am trying to view the license agreement for a toolbox and was wondering if there was an easy way to view the file. The code release process for a particular software product I am developing requires that I evaluate this license to confirm that I am abiding by the terms and conditions. In particular the toolbox I am curious about is the report generator toolbox.

Hi,

The MathWorks Software License Agreement can be found inside the root installation directory of MATLAB as "license_agreement.txt" or by going to the Help menu in MATLAB and clicking on "Terms of Use".

You wouldn't find any software policy of our product for any individual toolbox. The policy is for overall products released under MathWorks umbrella.

I also needed the MCR License for a compiled application which was easy enough to locate once the MCR was installed. For me, the license was located here: C:\Program Files\MATLAB\MATLAB Runtime\v98\MCR_license.txt. Thanks!
